« Art that asks the observer to make an effort to safeguard the poetry of the experience of the mystery by seeking within themselves for the most appropriate sentimental chords. »
Giulio Rigoni is an artist based in Italy whose paintings have been widely exhibtied nationally, as well as in Senegal, the United States, France and Germany. He likens the contemplation of his works as being the search for silence and for profound messages. Rigoni's artistic practice is governed by the search for aesthetic beauty, which, for him, is also "the moral teaching of a higher life".
