Gregory Logan Dunn, a talented painter, derives his creative spark from a Washington D.C. background, inspired by dynamic color and form. Favoured for his unique methods, particularly in application of paint, Dunn often deviates from traditional brushes, instead opting for larger trowel-like tools to build the surface iteratively. His pieces morph from soft, gradient fields to tactile, sculptural entities; a banter of light and dark underpainting. Dunn masterfully instills themes of unresolved conflict and ethereal dreams, rendering each canvas as an enigmatic, emotional landscape wrought with mysterious beauty.
