Spontaneity and colors play an important role in the works of Heike Renz. The German painter and textile artist’s expression of love for nature, flowers, trees, and grass is fluid and impulsive. This allows Renz to immediately translate what she sees and feels into a ‘flowing rush of color’. She paints with watercolors and chalks on paper and canvas, often in larger formats.
