Heike Seyffarth
Germany
I am a photographer, conceptual artist, and digital visual artist with a background in creative arts, curation, and art education.
After my studies in photography I started to combine my interest in nature with that in image processing to create serial, conceptual works.
Currently, I am artist in residence at Constructor University, School of Science, in Bremen, Germany. In that life sciences research , we try to connect nature's creativity, especially on the level of biochemistry with human creativity.
My works invite viewers to engage with the aesthetics of reduction, emphasizing the beauty in natural lines, structures, and patterns.
