Helen Shulkin was born in 1978 in Belarus. She graduated in 1995 from the Art School of Molodechno. In 2001 she received her degree in art and drawing at the Belarussian State University Minsk under Professor Shikulov. The artist has been living and working in Baden-Baden since 2015.
