Hendrick Hoste mbuyi

Hoste Mbuyi Hendrick, a Congolese artist trained in Kinshasa and Paris, works primarily with oil on canvas, enriched with mixed media and raw materials, blending pictorial art with mechanical elements. He oscillates between figuration and abstraction, playing with industrial textures that lend his figures an almost sculptural dimension. Through the plasticity of metal and fragmented bodies, he instills a profound emotion of resilience, revealing that human fragility forges dignity and inner strength.
