« Art is a modifier of the world. A painter is one who looks for new forms and ideas to express the realities of his time. »
Ibrahim Doumbia is an artist based in Mali whose paintings have been exhibited nationally. Through his art and play with colors, he searches to express a collective transparency in order to create a better future. Doumbia's conceptual based compositions vary in themes. For example, in his most recent series which features birds, he translates a sense of freedom and communicates aspects of everyday life.
