Imke Lohmann is a gifted German painter who has exhibited her work nationally. She is generally interested in the processing of
sensory impressions in colour compositions– a comprehensive structure of recognition, imagination and feeling. Her abstract paintings are marked by intuitive, spontaneous, gestural expressions, and communicate an overall exploration of colour that aims to create a new reality enveloped in a vibrant visual world.
