Jenny Wu is an award-winning painter and sculptor based in the United States whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Lithuania and South Korea. Her current sculptural practice is derived from making paintings with oils on canvas and discovering the many layers of colors beneath the surface. For Wu, the layering process (with over forty coats) embodies linear time, repetitive process, and material characteristics.
