« What never ceases to fascinate me is structure. »
Joanna Burda is an exciting painter based in Poland with national exposure. Rejecting any preoccupations with a single style, format or technique, she creates a range of curious compositions with diverse subjects, including humorous figurative representations of animals and people, representations of scenes she witnesses by the river, and abstract depictions of the ocean.
