« In art and in life, for me, one goal is to keep going! I often say, we don't know what is hidden behind the closed door until we open it. »
Jovan Srijemac is an artist based in the Netherlands who has exhibited his paintings nationally, as well as in Bosnia and Herzegovina. A professional artist since the 1980s, his artistic expression has taken various forms throughout the years. He describes his style as an unconscious, often chaotic, and explosive application of paint to the canvas, which results in unplanned figures, objects, and abstract portraits. Srijemac's vibrant compositions are created using acrylics and spray paint on canvas.
