Jude Mackay is a Scottish painter currently based in Germany. He was first exposed to art through the medium of photography. He purchased a camera to take images in the same vein as publications such as Creative Nature and Outdoor Photography. This motivated him to take art classes at his local college of Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design. From here, he discovered he had a natural talent for painting that he has continued ever since.
