Juyoun Cho is a Korean painter and digital artist whose unconventional background in computer animation and media arts informs her innovative exploration of both traditional and digital mediums. Her technique merges painterly, instinct-driven abstraction with the tactile effects of digital tools, employing fluid brushwork and layered colors that echo watercolor and physical gesture. Through her emotionally charged compositions, she channels a powerful sense of vulnerability, introspection, and hope, striving to dissolve boundaries—whether personal or societal—and evoke the transformative beauty found in moments of profound self-discovery.
