Kevin Cole is an acclaimed sculptor with national exposure from the United States. His sophisticated, abstract works explore themes and experiences of black oppression, specifically the rooting of present day issues within and to past injustice. The curvilinear twists, knots, and loops of his sculptures represent the ongoing internal and external conflicts of those persons who toil and triumph against the odds and the unheralded tragedies of life. His work is a universal story with both hero and villain, good and evil.
