Lisa Taylor King is an exciting Australian painter with international exposure. Her speciality lies in large format impressionist and abstract paintings, each full of space and depth thanks to her layered use of glazes, gold leaf and other materials. King studies nature's energy, from seasonal changes to moon tides and symbolism of trees and flowers, ultimately seeking to capture the 'spaces in between' and communicate an emotional, energised atmosphere. Her finished works are arresting in their scale and beauty.
