Lisette Pons, a photographer born in Barcelona and based in Palma de Mallorca, works primarily with silver emulsion on handmade paper, drawing on over five decades of photographic exploration and travel. Her deeply artisanal and contemplative technique favors black and white and darkroom work, where chance and manual dexterity enrich each image. Her works explore existence, silence, and introspection, conveying a profound sense of contemplation, emotion, and inner dialogue with the world and with herself.
