French artist Lukas Kandl works in a style deemed magical realism, intricately detailed and expertly rendered his fantastical paintings pay tribute to the great masters. Painting his favorite animals, biblical and esoteric themes Luka's artworks are encrypted with symbols and icons which wondrously captivate the viewers attention and transport them into a dream like world. Working with traditional materials on wooden and canvas substrates, each piece is richly colored, textured and sensual. Lukas artworks have been displayed extensively throughout Europe and are held in public collections in France.
