Maka Kvartskhava is an emerging Georgian painter with international exposure. She was a writer before a painter, and sees her paintings as short stories, full of emotions directly drawn from her inner and outer life. Her compositions are primarily abstract, and seek to reflect instants of longing and loneliness.
