Mami Ishibashi is an artist based in Singapore whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Austria, Spain, Vietnam, and Japan. She describes her abstractions as "modern Zen". Having been born in Japan, and raised in the United States, Ishibashi's works are a fusion of "East meets West". She employs acrylics, sand texture gel, and gold leaf from Kanazawa, Japan in her artistic practice.
