« My aim is to capture an alternative view of city life. It is the side streets and alleyways that hold mystery for me. There is beauty to be found in the everyday. »
Marc Gooderham is an artist based in the United Kingdom whose paintings have been featured in several solo and group exhibitions in England. His works translate the beauty and melancholy in everyday life, as well as evoking memories of the past. Gooderham's atmospheric cityscapes explore the mysteries that lie behind closed doors and windows, the lives that were once lived there, and those that continue on.
