Marco Raimondo

Marco Raimondo (Genoa, 1961) in his free time is an artist who lives and works in Milan.
Graduated in electronic engineering, he grew up under the influence of his mother, a passionate ceramist.
In his research he experiments with combinations of traditional drawing and photographic editing, including the “Digital Stain Immersion”, a definition given by the artist himself to his procedure in which he “impregnates” the levels of the digitalized work using different modulations of brightness, tones, shadows and contrasts. Raimondo’s production plays with forms of automatic drawing, where the graphic line is made by drawing on the subconscious and without conscious control. In a second phase, the artist combines form and color to evoke scenarios balanced between dreamlike and geometric.
His creations invite viewers into evocative worlds, encouraging personal interpretation and exploration through imaginative “lenses.”
