Maria Luchankina

Maria Luchankina is a visual artist, draftsman, printmaker, and painter, trained at the University of Strasbourg, where she also teaches. She masters academic drawing, oil pastels, printmaking, and scenography, blending sensitive figuration with technical experimentation, oscillating between realism, suggestion, and poetic abstraction. Her works reveal a vibrant attention to the living, human or animal, awakening kindness, curiosity, and deep emotion in the face of the fragile beauty of everyday life.
