Marie Ackers is a French sculptor based in the United Kingdom whose works have been exhibited in England and China. Having been around horses all of her life, the horse is a theme in her art with which she feels a deep connection. Creating in a distinctive minimalist style, Ackers cites shapes and strong lines as being vital to her compositions. Her pieces are primarily made with resin and bronze.
