« Panting is the silence of thought and the music of sight. -Orham Pamuk »
Mario Viani is an artist based in Indonesia whose paintings have been exhibited nationally. Through his artistic practice, he fuses the traditional with digital imagery, as well as combining the figurative with the abstract. Viani's distinctive pieces often feature cracked stone-patterned textures, symbolizing everything that is traditional. Conversely, his human figures and symbols embody the modern digital world. He primarily creates using acrylics and pigments on canvas.
