Martina Jakoby-Eckert, trained in art history and interior design, primarily uses acrylic on canvas, complemented by playful graffiti elements with a certain deliberate rawness and naiveté. Her work is characterized by magical realism and abstract expressionism, with a deep appreciation for color and its rebellious nature. Metaphysics plays a significant role in her art. Facial or human silhouettes often appear in her paintings, usually representing human essence or strength and intended to make the invisible visible. Her vibrant, large-format paintings evoke complex emotions and inner power, allowing viewers to discover their own stories.
