Maryse BLANC
France
Maryse Blanc, a painter born in the heart of the French Alps, works primarily with acrylics on canvas, drawing on her background in psychology which informs her artistic sensibility. She practices lyrical abstraction with free, rapid, and instinctive gestures, favoring palette knives to blend colors and create spontaneous bursts of energy on the canvas. Her works convey a powerful emotion through the light and vibrant intensity of her paint. Maryse Blanc finds a fundamental resource for her creative process in the environment. Her approach transforms the canvas into a space of pure feeling, where the energy of the landscape and its elements becomes a sensory and visual experience.
