Max Hojer Jacobsen is an experienced painter and sculptor based in Denmark whose works have been exhibited nationally and in Norway. He describes his diverse compositions as being "emotions and experiences held in bronze”. Jacobsen's artistic practice is inspired by the time that has passed, lives that have been lived, feelings felt, as well as people he knows and those he does not. In essence, he characterizes his art as simply being in the "here and now".
