Michael Schweiger

With a background as a social worker, he uses both traditional media, such as acrylic and spray paint, and digital art programs to create his works. However, his techniques are deliberately minimal and the process is more intuitive - he paints from the heart. The artist explores the contrasts between darkness and light, depression and hope, incorporating his personal experiences and beliefs into each work of art. His art is a living expression of suffering and redemption.
