Mila Ilina is an artist based in Russia whose paintings have been featured in solo exhibitions nationally and in England. With a background as a dancer and a choreographer, she describes her attitude towards art as having been formed by dancing. As such, Ilina refers to her improvisational-based artistic style as, "the dance of the soul". Her bold abstractions are most often created with mixed media, acrylics, pastels, ink, plaster, and epoxy resin on canvas.
