« In a world in full decline (coronavirus, climate disasters, etc.), it is important to keep hope, hope transfigured by art. »
Misook Kim is a painter and draftsman based in South Korea whose works have been exhibited both nationally and in France. Having studied the notion of beauty at length, she realized that there is "nothing more beautiful than the face of a young child freshly open to life" and magical universes. As such, Kim's compositions often feature Disney characters. She creates using oils and acrylics on canvas.
