Monika Schweiter

Monika Schweiter works primarily in oil, watercolor, and mixed media. She grew up in an artistic home and studied at the Liechtenstein Art School, as well as being self-taught. Her work combines figurative and abstract elements and oscillates between realism, expressionism, and classical painting, often working intuitively. Her paintings are inspired by people and nature and capture moments and emotions that evoke profound feelings and memories in the viewer.
