Noi Volkov is a talented Russian painter and sculptor based in the US who has exhibited his work nationally. Equally inspired by Renaissance masters and pop artists, he composes works in which recognizable characters are in visual conversation with Volkov's own imagination. His oil paintings are full of color, contrast and design, and Volkov intends for them to showcase his sense of humor and love of life.
