Oh Seok Kwon

Oh Seok Kwon, who has an impressive versatility in painting, sculpture and conceptual art, discovered his passion in self-imposed solitude. With classical sculpture and realistic drawing through to video, photography and installation art, he developed versatile techniques and styles. Particularly noteworthy is his multi-year project "Apple Tree Submarine", an emblematic journey of conceptual art. Kwon sees art as an individually interpretable window to the omnipresent emotionality of life.
