We are the place of metamorphoses.
Pascal Maffre, a self-taught painter since the 1980s, works primarily with mixed media. He skillfully blends the figurative and the abstract, with a free, spontaneous, and sometimes raw style, drawing on the archaic. His work, centered on the human figure but open to nature and trees, conveys a profound poetry and the emotion of metamorphosis, capturing the ever-changing beauty of the world.
