Patrice Arnoud, trained at the Beaux-Arts in Lyon, experiments with various mediums throughout Europe and Africa. His painting blends the figurative and the abstract, moving between rapid movement and silent contemplation, finding repose in the saturated colors and landscapes of his travels abroad. "Color is my memory," he says, conveying the vivid emotions of his sensory journeys in dynamic diptychs. His works are a visual dance, echoing experiences and distant places.
