Peter Oltmanns, image maker and digital artist, is a passionate self-taught artist. He combines photography and digital compositing, and more recently, artificial intelligence, to create unique visual masterpieces.
By combining old and new images and textures, he creates surrealist images and digital collages that invite the viewer to think beyond the boundaries of reality and fantasy and experience emotions. His art creates a fascinating tension between the obvious and the hidden, creating subtle hints and refined details through color and form.
Using this technique, he creates images that don't exist in reality. He explores ideas and concepts that are difficult to realize in photography, using his images to tell stories or convey messages.
