Philipp Heckmann

Philipp Heckmann, a painter, and photographer based in Austria, has exhibited his works throughout Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Russia, and Austria. Through each of his pieces, he finds a positive way of implementing even frightening or disturbing topics. Stylistically, Heckmann approaches his artistic process within the frame of realism, surrealism, or symbolism. He "mirrors the universal language of images" with the goal of the legibility of the picture, leaving the interpretation to the free association of the viewer.
