Philippe Ringlet is an experienced painter from Switzerland whose works have been featured in international exhibitions and publications. Practicing oil painting since the early 1980s, Ringlet experimented in many genres before finding his current style in abstract expressionism. In 2007, he decided to leave his job as the CFO of Hermès Watches in Switzerland to pursue his art full time. Through his canvases, we see layers of deep color and texture that he builds up again and again, repainting to evoke the stages of time.
