Pietro Serra immerses himself in oil painting on canvas with a background of life growing up among the Sardinian landscapes. He mixes soft and pastel colors, avoiding black, and moves from everyday realism towards a more conceptual representation of figures. His works excite by narrating the unexpressed freedom and the aspiration to the infinite, like distant mountains that are tinged with blue.
