Rajashree Nayak is an accomplished painter and printmaker with a formal background in Fine Arts and Printmaking from Hyderabad, India. Her imaginative narrative and figurative style combines story-driven compositions, bold use of color, and multilayered woodcut prints, blending conceptual and surreal elements while never relinquishing the importance of drawing. Through her assertive female figures, she passionately conveys the complex struggles, resilience, and vibrant spirit of contemporary women, inviting viewers to deeply experience the emotions and socio-cultural realities of our time.
