Rombout Oomen is an established Dutch painter whose works have been exhibited throughout Germany and the Netherlands. While the stories behind his compositions are always about his individual interests and personal views on sociological and social phenomena, his visual storytelling contains impressive range. Uniting Northern European artistic influences, contemporary expressionism and energy from his adolescence spent exploring urban art, he creates colourful paintings that propose larger-than-life visual universes and an extravagant creative energy.
