Sam Gimbel is a painter and sculptor based in Sweden whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in the United States, Denmark, and Italy. He describes each of his works as being a conversation, though not in a straightforward manner. Gimbel's compositions translate varying themes which include politics, women's rights, black movements, his surroundings, etc. Employing engaging text and imagery, his "story dialogues" invite viewers to participate.
