Sarah Tse, born in Hong Kong and a graduate of Central Saint Martins College in London, masterfully blends pencil drawings with papermaking, collage, and mixed media painting. Her style oscillates between delicate monochrome sketches and richly textured, layered surfaces composed of handmade paper, lace, cloth, and natural materials. Through whimsical yet often haunting imagery—ranging from robots to sensuous roses—she conjures a nostalgic, dreamlike atmosphere, infusing her art with wonder, delicacy, and an undercurrent of mystery.
