Saren Dobkins is an experienced artist based in Australia whose paintings have been exhibited nationally and in Zambia. She describes her artistic process as involving the creation of a "concentrated percolation of an idea", often interpreted with metaphors. Dobkins is inspired by moments of inner conflict and the desire to express a moment of understanding or transformation. She refers to her diverse pieces as visual poems, exploring "transience and transformation with the riddle of identity at its core".
