Serjo Maltsev is an Armenian artist whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Russia. He believes that art is one of the best ways to express one's love of nature and inner emotions "while being in absolute harmony with yourself". Maltsev paints with his heart, impressed by even the smallest of details found in nature. He creates using brightly colored oils on canvas or cardboard.
