Sofía Balut Páez is a renowned artist, the granddaughter of the iconic Carlos Páez Vilaró, whose legacy shaped her creative path. As a child, she displayed an innate talent that led to a deep exploration of Cubism, later integrating a unique contemporary vision. Since 2015, she has lived in countries such as Spain, Italy, and Uruguay, experiences that enriched her artistic vision and allowed her to capture cultural diversity in her work. In 2022 and 2023, she participated in prestigious international exhibitions, such as the Paris Art Fair, the European Museum of Modern Art in Barcelona (MEAM), and the Louvre Museum, consolidating her place on the global scene. Her studio in Barcelona has become a creative space where she develops pieces that address unity, honesty, and love, values that reflect her own history. With a promising future, Sofía Balut Páez continues to expand horizons and leave a valuable mark on contemporary art.
