Stephanie Steiner is a prize-winning Mexican artist who resides in the United States and has exhibited her works in both nations. In her paintings, she explores what is hidden, whether it is an image a meaning or an alternative view that we cannot see. Steiner hopes that viewers will engage with her paintings by discovering objects within them, and be stimulated by the marginal space between the depiction of nature and abstract imagery.
