Thomas Biegler
Austria
« Working with art, be it visiting an exhibition or doing my own work, is a joy and inspiration that I want to treat myself to every day. »
For Thomas Biegler, life itself both directs and suggests the themes in his paintings. While there are many topics that interest the Austrian artist, nature and the environment provide inexhaustible sources of inspiration for him. In addition, Biegler explores travel, brain research (including visual perception), people, society, and cultures, as well as surfaces, structures, and textures in his diverse works. He believes that art is the material that holds our world together, in a very positive way.
