Thomas Haensgen
Germany
Thomas Haensgen works with photography and digital art; his approach is self-taught and influenced by travel, particularly to Mexico. His techniques range from long exposures and multiple exposures to digital manipulation, allowing him to create works that exist between photography, painting, and abstract imagery. He seeks out contrasts and fascinating transitions, capturing transience and memory, and creating emotional spaces that encourage contemplation and self-reflection.
