The Austrian artist Thomas Sturm was born in 1967 in Gmunden. He studied Visual Design at the Art University Linz 1986-1999, and at the Institute for "Art in Context" at the UDK in Berlin 2003-2005. Today, Thomas Sturm lives in Berlin, where he constantly reinvents himself as an artist and likes to refuse to fulfill expectations in his works.
